30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your order! If you're not completely satisfied, NEWGEN7 LLC accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, non-custom or personalized products( including embroidery, engraving and sublimation) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. To start a return, please contact us at 1newgen7@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once you return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email that we've received your item. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 507 business days. For exchanges please contact us first to confirm item availability , if the replacement is of equal or lesser value, we'll process the exchange once the original item is returned. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive defective or damaged.
